Schafer chose a creation of her own for the party Ann Demeulemeester which consisted of two pieces. The bottom was a long skirt of silk while the top consisted of a feather which left most of her breast uncovered. The whole ensemble accompanied with white heels.

Hunter Schafer is an American transgender model, actress, artist and LGBT rights activist. She is also known for her role as Jules in the 2019 HBO drama Euphoria. Schafer was born in Raleigh, North Carolina to Katie Schafer and Mack Schafer, who is a pastor at Hudson Memorial Presbyterian Church.
In an interview, she said the Internet helped her deal with her gender identity, using YouTube and social media to learn about transition times.
